Popis: vila ideálna pre páry s dieťaťom, na dvoch poschodiach, s vonkajším altánkom so stolom a železnými stoličkami, krytým parkoviskom, súkromnou hojdacou sieťou a grilom. Ďaleko od hlavnej budovy asi 300 metrov, to prichádza z peknej malej ceste vpredu je vnútorný disk alebo pešo.

Vstupom na prízemie sa vchádza do obývacej izby s krbom, pohovkou, jedálenskou časťou a kuchynským kútom. Obývacia izba, výstup na prvé poschodie podkrovie, kde je dvojlôžková spálňa s prístelkou a kúpeľňa. Izba je pomerne veľká a je v nej dosť miesta pre detskú postieľku. Táto chata je ideálna pre tých, ktorí chcú dovolenkovať so štvornohým kamarátom ako trochu na samote ako ostatné apartmány, nevytvárajú žiadnu možnosť rušenia pre jedného alebo druhého!

“Clezia spent time each day helping us plan our outings. Without that help, we could not possibly have enjoyed the hill towns and the many aspects of Tuscany the way we did. Thank you Clezia! Also, the buildings and amenities were in good condition, everything worked well. Internet access was quite good, from our unit.
