Krásny rodinný dom novej celkovej rekonštrukcie, vzhľadom na obnovu pôvodov toskánskych statkov.

Vychádza z nádhernej panorámy mesta Siena a sugestívnych kopcov, vďaka ktorým je táto krajina jednou z najkrajších na svete.

Vila Siena je dom vhodný pre páry, ktoré chcú viac súkromia, ale je to úplne pohodlné aj pre rodiny 4 osôb.

Vstup má veľké okno, ktoré sa otvára do kuchyne vybavenej všetkým komfortom našej doby: mikrovlnnou rúrou, tradičnou rúrou, umývačkou riadu, chladničkou s mrazničkou atď.

Na tom istom poschodí ako kuchyňa sa nachádza aj obývacia izba s veľkým oknom, ktorá spolu s krásnym krbom je miestom pre „700 toskánskych tehlových oblúkov“.

Kúpeľňa s veľmi veľkým sprchovacím kútom definuje podlahu nižšie.

Veľké schodisko umožňuje prístup do horného poschodia. Tu je dvojposteľová spálňa s posteľou veľkosti king (s latexovým matracom na zabezpečenie dobrého odpočinku) a šatníkovou skriňou z čerešňového dreva s 8 dverami; veľké okno rám celej Val d'Arbia.

Na rovnakom poschodí sa nachádza druhá menšia spálňa s poschodovou posteľou a šatníkovou skriňou, táto izba má tiež veľké okno s krásnym výhľadom.

Druhá kúpeľňa s vaňou poskytuje služby pre dve spálne, kde vo vašich chvíľach relaxácie, ak vôbec počas príjemného kúpeľa, si môžete vychutnať nádhernú panorámu Sieny.

Dom má tiež krásnu súkromnú terasu, kde si môžete vychutnať maximálnu relaxáciu a vychutnať si večere a vonkajšie obedy ponorené do vysnívanej krajiny.
