Modrý bazén ideálne osvieženie po dni medzi dedinami a umeleckými mestami alebo len pokojný priestor na oddych a vyhrievanie na slnku.

Reštaurácia pre hostí je v zime príjemná a útulná, ale keď sa začína leto a nažive sa na terase údolia stávajú elegantne upravené stoly skutočnou radosťou hostí. Večera pri sviečkach, osvetlený bazén, dobré jedlo a dobré víno, dobrá hudba, kúzelná atmosféra a vzácny rám, takže každý si pamätá veľmi špeciálny večer. Zriedka sa na to zabudne!

Prechádzka parkom, zastavenie na zelenej lavici, čítanie knihy pri fontáne, pozorovanie farby svetla meniacej sa z hodiny na hodinu, zakaždým ponúkajúce pocity, škvrny farebných kvetín, ruže starožitne ladené žlté a červené, olivové stromy, duby ... a potom ... je ťažké opustiť statok!

“Fijn appartement met een prettige sfeer. Wij verbleven in Flauto Magico. Ruim terras direct aangrenzend aan het appartement. Fantastisch uitzicht. Huis, terrein, tuin en zwembad allemaal goed onderhouden en uitnodigend om te gebruiken. De eigenaressen zijn gastvrij en stijlvol en kunnen heerlijk koken. Diner buiten met uitzicht over de Umbrische heuvels was ronduit feestelijk. Alle ramen en de deur voorzien van horren en een ventilator aan het plafond maakte dat we ondanks de hitte toch goed sliepen.”
