Small hot water issues throughout the suites

Slightly disappointed at charge for use of tennis court. Would have benefited from a fan in each bedroom.

Type D is a basic apartment; more insects than expected, but that comes with being in the country side; shared washing machine that you have to pay 7 EUR for each use;

I suppose I knew that this place was "off the beaten path" but it seems like it was sort of the wrong direction from the charm of Tuscany. The "concierge" ladies were very nice, but for first time visitors, they had very little info about where to go, what to see, and how to get there (maps, but poor maps).

Best prijzig voor wat het is. Geen airco of ventilators aanwezig. De bedden zakken door. Op de slaapbank viel zelfs niet voor kinderen te slapen.

But all these positives unfortunately do not counterbalance THE big problem: there is no staff available at nights. Therefore, some clients feel free to be very noisy very late and cannot be bothered by any remark -> It is a pity not to be able to sleep at night, especially in such a calm and charming environment.

Very moisy, busy. Could not relax. Could nto get near the pool as too many children. Adults drinking at night till really late. Not a place to relax. We made enquiries about activities such as ceramics, etc but nothing was available to do. They didnt seem to care either.None of us were happy.

There is no airconditioning in the rooms and the mosquitos were so bad we had to seek medical treatment for our daughter.

I would only offer the advice that our hotel in Florence provided a breakfast pack of cereal,juice,milk,jam,bread and coffee. This was a very welcome gift on our arrival to that hotel. Given that we had flown for 24hours from Australia, it would be nice, even for all visitors, to recieve an arrival pack of such items. Something to consider. Also, supply of soap tablets for the dishwasher and a few more cooking pots and utensils would be good. A kettle for boiling water to make tea would be nice (this is the first place in the world we have stayed that didn't supply one !).

We encountered a number of issues that while fairly minor in nature, tended to detract from a more positive experience. There was no television remote or hair dryer in the room and we had to ask for them at the reception. Also, the remote we received did not work and we were not offered another one. Despite the fact that there was wireless internet access, we were mostly unable to use it in our room due to the distance from the main reception. It would have been very helpful if guests were provided with a list or booklet of information about services, etc. We found that we had to go to the reception a number of times to obtain information or ask about certain things. Also, the site advertises laundry facilities, but the only facilities available were a small washer and dryer in a separate building. The dryer did not work. Also, these were used mostly by staff members and were not for the exclusive use of guests. I felt that the cleanliness of the room could have been a bit better especially since a cleaning fee was charged on top of the room rate.

Propreté de l'appartement inacceptable. Manque d'entretien d'une manière générale (piscine, poubelles extérieure). Literie très inconfortable.

Ejeren er tilsyneladende ikke på stedet. Personalet er sødt og imødekommende, og taler engelsk, men er ikke helt så engageret som en ejer vil være det.

Not much food to chose from

The equipment in the kitchen/dining could have been more extensive and better considering what you are paying.

No restaurante (solo desayunos) vecinos ruidosos (cada noche de fiesta)

Not much parking space so a bit of a scramble to find a spot some days.The apartment we rented was to sleep 4 and the second beds were put me ups in the lounge/dining area so not hugely comfortable.

Our apartment got very hot during the day and we wished we had brought along some fans. Internet availablity was pretty unreliable.

Felt like a hotel. We wanted a Tuscan Farmhouse experience and this place felt more like a hotel than a farm house. Very hard to find.

The location is so remote that we had trouble finding it.

L'isolation phonique des chambres est mauvaise (prévoir les bouchons d'oreilles pour ceux qui ne veulent pas se lever en même temps que les enfants du voisin)

Give a short description of any item or service that you were not satisfied with .There were ants all over the kitchen and when we informed staff nothing was done about it.
