V tejto pokojnej, typicky toskánskej krajine je veľa olivovníkov a cyprusov. Oblasť je známa aj svojou lahodnou gastronomickou tradíciou. Vila sa nachádza na slnečnom svahu 1 km od historického centra mesta Pescia.

Okolie: Pescia je atraktívne mestečko, ktoré sa nachádza v jedinečne strategickej polohe a umožňuje návštevníkom prístup k mnohým kultúrnym, historickým a prírodným zaujímavostiam severného regiónu Toskánska. Park Collodi je v pešej vzdialenosti a úžasné turistické trasy a trasy pre horské bicykle ponúkajúce úchvatné výhľady spájajú Pesciu s Valdinievole a Padule of Fucecchio. 5 km od vily sa nachádza nedotknutá oblasť krásy známa tiež ako „švajčiarska pesciatina“, plná starobylých hradov a malých malebných dediniek. “Wunderschönes, toskanisches Haus mit verschiedenen Parteien. Toller Blick ins Tal und schattige Terrasse, Spülmaschine, sehr schöner Pool umgeben von Oliven, eingezäunt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 3 min mit Auto entfernt. Haus liegt in Ruhe, romantisch. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, kinderfreundlich. Aber eherkeine anderen Kinder. Tolle Osteria in Fussläufigkeit. Insgesamt sehr schön!!”

“Een heerlijk verblijf gehad met lieve beheerders. Het was een mooi oud pand met schitterend uitzicht. Bij aankomst stonden twee koude biertjes klaar, geweldig! En bij vertrek kregen we nog twee kopjes koffie aangeboden. We voelden ons zeer welkom. Op loopafstand zat een lekkere pizzaria met ook mooi uitzicht op de bergen. De trein naar lucca genomen, vanaf het verblijf circa 15 minuten lopen naar de trein en met de trein circa 20 minuten. Dit ging prima!”

“Fik mange og gode råd og tip af bestyrer Giampaolo. God stemning, hyggeligt. Smuk bygning, smuk gård på landet, tæt på byen Pescia. God beliggenhed for korte dagsturer til Florens, Pisa, Lucca, Middelhavskysten og mange andre interessante steder. God plads i lejligheden, stort køkken. Dejlig rent. Pool bag huset, rent og hyggeligt poolområde. Gangafstand til gode restauranter. Parkering lige udenfor lejligheden.”
