Nehnuteľnosť je starý statok so stodolou a stajňami a všade naokolo zelená a modrá krajina, ktorá sa nachádza v jedinečnej oblasti, kde sa nachádzajú dve pôvodné vinice: Lacrima di Morro d'AIba a Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi . Z tohto magického stretnutia sa zrodila usadlosť, dokonale vložená medzi nádherné kopce Marche neďaleko zamatového piesku Senigallie, ideálne prostredie na strávenie intenzívnych chvíľ sladkej nečinnosti.

Usadlosť predstavuje harmonické spojenie miestnej tradície, jednoduchosti a rafinovanosti s každým druhom pohodlia. Je vybavený 8 izbami a 4 apartmánmi a príjemná výzdoba inšpirovaná odtieňmi kopcov a mora sprostredkúva miestam obklopujúci pocit domova.

Milovníci jedla a vína môžu navštíviť vinice a pivnicu a ochutnať naše vína Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi a Lacrima di Morro d'Alba.

Reštaurácia sa nachádza v pôvabnej sušiarni a ponúka tradičnú kuchyňu pripravovanú zo sezónnych surovín na KM0 . Ako výrobcom vína sa nám zdalo prirodzené prinášať na stôl svoju identitu a podávať ovocie našej práce, a preto väčšina ponúkaných jedál používa víno, hrozno, mušt, redukciu, želé pripravené z hrozna, ktoré dopestujeme; kulinársky výskum, ktorého cieľom je spojiť tradíciu, autentickosť a sezónnosť.

Podľa filozofie farmy trvalo udržateľného rozvoja vidieckych zdrojov sa geotermálny systém a fotovoltaické panely na streche využívajú na uspokojenie energetických potrieb.

K dispozícii je panoramatický bazén so slanou vodou obklopený dobre udržiavanou záhradou s ležadlami a bočnými prístreškami. Hostia môžu využívať aj spoločný gril, volejbalovú a basketbalovú sieť a hry pre deti.
