Táto nehnuteľnosť je starý typický neapolský statok, ktorý sa nachádza na strategickej pozícii, aby ste mohli ľahko navštíviť polostrov Sorrento a Amalfi.

Náš dom je obklopený veľkou záhradou s rozlohou 20 000 metrov štvorcových, v ktorej sa pestuje vínna réva, olivy, vlašské orechy, citrusové plody a mnoho... Pozri Viac

Táto nehnuteľnosť je starý typický neapolský statok, ktorý sa nachádza na strategickej pozícii, aby ste mohli ľahko navštíviť polostrov Sorrento a Amalfi.

Náš dom je obklopený veľkou záhradou s rozlohou 20 000 metrov štvorcových, v ktorej sa pestuje vínna réva, olivy, vlašské orechy, citrusové plody a mnoho ďalších rastlín typických pre stredomorské kroviny.

Môžete si vychutnať našu záhradu, zastaviť sa na rôznych panoramatických miestach alebo ísť na pláž , najbližšia je 3 km, alebo navštíviť archeologické náleziská, ísť na trekking alebo mnoho iných vecí, ktoré naše územie ponúka.

V záhrade je vám k dispozícii pohodlná kuchynka a taktiež bude možné absolvovať kurzy varenia čerstvých cestovín alebo neapolskej kuchyne.

Veľké priestory a presné dezinfekčné čistenie zaručujú správne opatrenia pre pokojný pobyt.

K dispozícii je tiež veľká parkovacia plocha.

Sme 30 km od Neapola, za Vezuvom, 15 minút jazdy od Pompejí po 30 minút od Sentiero Degli Dei, ostrovy Capri a Ischia sú ľahko dostupné.

V objekte sa nachádzajú 2 psy a v prípade neskorého prihlásenia po 22:00 bude účtovaný príplatok 40 eur.

“My husband and I spent 2 weeks in early May at this property. Even with many days of rain, it was lovely. The lodging is very comfortable and has a kitchen for simple meals. We rented the top apartment which has a lovely deck with an absolutely amazing view of the Bay of Naples, Gragnano, Castellamarre di Stabia, and mountains to the east. When it isn’t pouring rain you see Ischia in the Bay of Naples. If you climb the hill to the west, you have a wonderful view of Mount Vesuvius. The flowers, plants, orange and lemon trees, grape vines and olive trees surround the property, so you can enjoy a few days just looking from the deck and wandering around the property. When the weather is nice there is an outside kitchen and a large patio just to enjoy the out of doors. Besides the many places you have access to by car and train, there are also the interesting towns of Gragnano and Castellamarre not more than 20 minutes away. A must see is the Villa San Marco, that was destroyed by the Mount Vesuvius eruption and has now been excavated. From Castellamarre you can take the Circumvesuvio train to any location between Garibaldi Statione in Naples and Sorrento – and for only 3 euro/trip. Our only caveat is that driving can be difficult if you are not accustomed to very narrow hilly and curvy roads with cars and trucks they were never built for. Many people ride motorcycles that add to driving difficulties. If you like the countryside, you can’t make a mistake with this property. ”

“Cristina est une hôte très accueillante et très arrangeante , qui nous a donné plein d’idées et de conseils pour visiter la région. La maison est entourée d’un jardin plein d’orangers et citronniers , la vue est incroyable depuis la terrasse. La chambre est spacieuse et joliment décorée. Tous les matins, nous pouvions nous faire des oranges pressées avec celles du jardin, pour le petit-déjeuner. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Pompéi et la côte Amalfitaine. Ce serait un plaisir de revenir !”
