Agradable, tranquilo, en un entorno precioso y suficientemente cerca de puntos turísticos y culturales de Italia.
Tranquilidad, piscina, independencia, ubicación.

Vacaciones inolvidables en un paisaje maravilloso. No dudariamos en volver!
Piscina, tranquilidad en la epoca que estuvimos, bien conectado para visitar infinidad de sitios,restaurante con excelente comida. Giusy y su familia son carissimi, realmente encantadores y muy amables en todo momento.
Este apartamento en concreto esta muy pegado a otro y cuando el otro apartamento estaba ocupado, el ruido era bastante molesto.

Charming, rural, comfortable
Charming proprietress, amazing restaurant on premises, lovely wine and olive oil made on the farm. We got to pet horses and sheep - a baby sheep was born while we were there, which was very cool to see. A lovely, relaxing, rural hideaway. We loved it here.
It is rather far from towns, and so travel time is not the most convenient, but we felt it was worth the drive. If you are on a tight timeline, though, this may not be a great spot for you.

Ontspannen, culinair genieten en uitstapjes naar Umbrie, Toscane en Rome.
Gastvrijheid, zeer goed eten in het restaurant (GEEN pizzeria!), een lekker zwembad, ruimte om te spelen en dankzij de kleinschaligheid weldadige rust. Dicht bij uitvalsweg A1 en trein, dus ideaal voor dagtochten naar Toscane, Umbrie en Rome.
- De eigenaren spreken en schrijven weinig woorden over de italitaanse grens. Positief was dat ze wel erg hun best deden om een gesprek met ons te voeren in het Engels. En met mijn gebrekkige kennis van het Italiaans tesamen werd het toch nog heel gezellig. -Zeer eenvoudig keukentje in het appartement. Soms willen de kinderen even wat anders dan italiaans eten. Meer dan 2 gerechten maken s lastig.

Finca agradable, pero con deficiencias importantes
Buena ubicación para conocer la Umbría. Un buen restaurante en la misma finca, que sirve una excelente carne chianina (especialidad de la zona)
Apartamentos incomodos, especialmente las camas. Literas en las que sólo pueden dormir niños porque van de pared a pared y no se puede medir más de 1,60. La cama de matrimonio tenía dos someries unidos, uno más alto que otro. Menos mal

La località è suggestiva molto riposante. Le strutture sono molto curate ed eleganti. A sera la cena era veramente ottima.
Il relax prima della cena con un bel tuffo in piscina.
Il tratto di strada non asfaltata era poco pratico e sporcava puntualmente l'autovettura.

ci si diverte, è al centro di una vasta zona da visitare, coi proprietari facilmente si diventa amici
è sicuro perse e per i bambini, c'è un ristorantino, economico, tutti i commensali prima o poi diventano amici anche quelli più scontrosi, cosa importante si mangia veramente bene e molta è la varietà di piatti che si servono.
forse si potrebbe fare di più per abbatere quelle poche barrieri architettoniche che ci sono per le sedie a rotelle, ma il mio ricordo si ferma al lontano agosto 2005, adesso sarà cambiato in meglio (spero)
