Náš statok sa nachádza v Montalcino, v srdci Val d'Orcia v Toskánsku.

Štruktúra pozostáva zo siedmich samostatných apartmánov s kompletnými službami a komfortom: kuchynský kút (s elektrickými platničkami, drezom, mikrovlnnou rúrou, chladničkou, riadom a príslušenstvom), samostatné kúrenie.

Náš statok sa nachádza v Montalcino, v srdci Val d'Orcia v Toskánsku.

Štruktúra pozostáva zo siedmich samostatných apartmánov s kompletnými službami a komfortom: kuchynský kút (s elektrickými platničkami, drezom, mikrovlnnou rúrou, chladničkou, riadom a príslušenstvom), samostatné kúrenie.

Hosťom sú ponúkané aj niektoré bežné služby: bazén, J acuzzi , tradičné grilovanie , ako aj vyhradené parkovisko pre autá.

  • Kurzy jogy.
  • Bio toskánska kuchyňa.
  • Široké zelené plochy vybavené altánkami na samostatné použitie.

Ponúkame kuchyňu typickú pre danú oblasť s prevahou bio surovín a km0. Máme vínnu kartu starostlivo vyberanú nami majiteľmi, výrobcami vína, po celé generácie. Našou filozofiou nie je zastavovať čas, ale obnovovať a zveľaďovať to, čo k nám prichádza z minulosti, snažiť sa žiť a užívať si súčasnosť v harmónii as rešpektom k našej krajine.

Na našej farme vyrábame biodynamickou metódou Brunello a Rosso di Montalcino, extra panenský olivový olej, ovocie a zeleninu. S biodynamickou metódou je poľnohospodárstvo v súlade s prírodou, so zemou a s ľuďmi. Hnojenie, pestovanie a šľachtenie sa uskutočňuje spôsobmi, ktoré rešpektujú a podporujú úrodnosť a vitalitu pôdy a zároveň typické vlastnosti rastlinných a živočíšnych druhov. Hlboké spojenie s prírodou a úplný rešpekt k jej rytmom vedú s biodynamickým poľnohospodárstvom k zrušeniu používania syntetických minerálnych hnojív a chemických pesticídov a k riadeniu krajiny podľa kozmických a lunárnych cyklov.
