GREPPIA – 4 sleeps (56 sqm)

Ground floor: living/dining room, kitchen. On 1st first floor: double bedroom, room with twin beds, bathroom with shower. Outdoor area on the veranda. Flat equipped with TV and wall safe.

Its privileged location affords guests the opportunity to enjoy a private, authentic rural Tuscan environment.

Outside the house: a roofed veranda overlooking a large lawn, wood burning oven, barbecue and swimming pool (10 X 5 metres). Inside on the ground floor: kitchen (dishwasher and electric oven), dining room, living room with a fireplace, room with twin beds and bathroom.

The first floor: double bedroom equipped with wall safe, a room with twin beds and a bathroom (6 beds altogether). From the ground floor, by an inside staircase, you can reach a second living room in the basement, which can host two more beds. (a total of 8 beds). Inside garage.

“Il y en a beaucoup mais le cadre et la résidence sont magnifiques. La piscine est spacieuse et parfaitement équipée avec des transats, c'est une bénédiction surtout quand il fait chaud. Tout est fait avec beaucoup de goûts et les aménagements extérieurs sont ravissants. Les chambres sont très agréables et la literie est d'excellente qualité. Les appartements sont bien équipés. Et Stefania (la propriétaire) est de bon conseil et fait de la très bonne cuisine et nous nous sommes régalés avec ses plats. Grazie mille Stefania !”
