Farma postavená na kopci v nadmorskej výške 300 m je ideálnou destináciou pre hostí, ktorí hľadajú dovolenku v blízkosti prírody v tichej prírode. Veľký starý vidiecky dom, ktorý sa nachádza vo vnútri usadlosti, pochádza z polovice 19. storočia a ponúka pohodlné, slnečné ubytovanie s ľahkým prístupom k príjemným prechádzkam v prírode v neďalekej tradičnej talianskej poľnohospodárskej krajine.

Dom je obklopený 1000 m² trávnika a veľký dobre vybavený bazén (15 x 7 metrov) je otvorený od mája do septembra. K dispozícii sú hojdačky a hry pre deti, stolný tenis, stolný futbal, lavičky a stoly pod storočnými dubmi. Pre hostí je k dispozícii gril, práčovňa a zastrešené parkovisko.

Jazdecké centrum je vzdialené 3 km a tenisové kurty 5 km. Základné veci sa dajú kúpiť v malej dedinke Pietraviva asi 500 metrov od usadlosti a v meste Ambra, vzdialenom 4 km, nájdete množstvo obchodov.

“Das Haus und die Lage waren sehr schön. Die Aussicht war toll und es wehte oft ein Lüftchen , so dass man es auch im Hochsommer aushalten konnte . Der Pool war auch sehr schön und wurde jeden Tag kontrolliert und gereinigt ! Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Die Küche ist etwas klein , aber man konnte sich arrangieren. Das 4. Zimmer ist im Keller (kühl jedoch ohne Fenster mit Aussicht ) . Im Ganzen ist es aber ein tolles Haus mit einer tollen Aussicht und Lage , wo man sich toll erholen und ausspannen kann. Man kann tolle Ausflüge von dort machen !”
