  Calme, piscine, personnel disponible et aimable, qualité des chambres, magnifique vue et excellente cuisine.

  Actuellement l’accès depuis Florence est fermé en raison de travaux, il serait été appréciable d’avoir plus d’informations de l’hôtel afin de rejoindre l'établissement plus facilement.

  Un personnel très professionnel et un cadre exceptionnel.

  Pas de possibilité de manger sur place ( grâce à un restaurant ou un snack).

  La ville de Florence est une une très agréable, les monuments sont nombreux et variés. Les Italiens sont charmants et très accueillants. Nous étions avec nos 3 enfants, et elles se sont régalées des visites et de Firenze 2460.

  Bardzo dobre, komfortowe miejsce dla zwiedzajacych Florencję. Bardzo ładne wyposażenie pokoi oraz przestrzeni wokół basenu. Podziemny parking.

  Brak informacji, że posiadlość jest praktycznie w mieście(hałas z dość ruchliwej ulicy) Brak możliwości stołowania Nie było praktycznie żadnych naczyń, choć aneks kuchenny bardzo ładny i wyposażony we wszystkie sprzęty.

  To miejsce z przeznaczeniem na romantyczny urlop we dwoje w ładnym niekrępujacym otoczeniu.

  The apartments was very spacious and well decorated, exactly like the pictures at the Internet. I loved the view from all the rooms and the small balcony, it's just opposite Fiesole. The surroundings of the building was fantastic and the staff was very helpful to any questions or needs we had. When we wanted to order dinner at the hotel, they suggested us a restaurant near by with excellent cuisine. This is is one of the best places I've ever stayed.

  It's 7 km out of Florence, but this was not a problem for us, as we had car. The only negative was a mistake the staff made after we left, they thought we took some towels with us and they sent me mail telling me that they will charge my credit card for them. The towels where there of course and they found them 10 minutes after they sent me the mail, so they sent me another one to apologize. This incident disappointed me, they should have looked better before accusing us for something, but the place and the staff was so good when we where there, that I might stay there again.

  If you plan to stay enough time at the room (and you have a car)this is the place to stay!
