Ideálne miesto pre tých, ktorí milujú pešie či cyklistické výlety, v jedinečnom prostredí, úplne ponorení do stále divokej prírody.

Na úpätí kopca, na ktorom sa nachádza dedina, tečie rieka Cecina a bystrina Pavone, ktorá ju napája tým, že tečie priamo po prúde do veľkých pasienkov, ktoré siahajú od domov najviac vystavených krajine.

Les Berignone, vzácna prírodná rezervácia, na obzore pozýva hostí na čaro exkurzie plnej šarmu a prekvapení.

Môžete ísť a vrátiť sa z Montecastelli Pisano za 1-2 hodiny (4-5 km vzdialenosť od mesta) po mierne rovinatej ceste po poľnej ceste.
