Izba sa nachádza na prvom poschodí a hostia do nej môžu vstúpiť po vonkajších schodoch. Je zariadená v typickom toskánskom vidieckom štýle, veľmi priestranná, parketová, rafinovaná súkromná kúpeľňa vedľa izby so stĺpikovým oknom v stredovekom štýle.

Využívať môžete kuchyňu a chladničku majiteľov. V tom istom dome bývajú aj majitelia; bnb je dobre oddelený od zvyšku domu dvoma dverami. Váš úplne uvoľnený pobyt zavŕši naša veľká a dobre udržiavaná organická záhrada, kde nájdete množstvo ušľachtilých kvetov a ovocných stromov bez pesticídov. Ovocie budete môcť zbierať priamo zo stromov, takže si vychutnáte všetky jeho organoleptické vlastnosti.

Nájdete tu vonkajší stôl a stoličky vhodné na stolovanie, ležadlá na opaľovanie, grilovanie. V záhrade sa nachádza vonkajšia sprcha, kde sa hostia môžu ochladiť pri pohľade na toskánsku krajinu. V záhrade je chodník, ktorým sa majitelia dostanú do svojho domu.
