Pobyt v našom vlastníctve vám umožní byť vždy v kontakte s prírodou a je to ideálne miesto na strávenie relaxačných dovoleniek, zatiaľ čo centrálna a strategická poloha stavby umožňuje ľahký prístup (od 20 do 50 minút autom alebo vlakom) , všetky nádherné toskánske mestá: Florencia, Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano a obdivujú ich vzácne umelecké poklady.

Privítanie našich hostí nás odlišuje srdečnosťou a profesionalitou, okrem toho je spoločnosť Alba k dispozícii pre všetky informácie potrebné na to, aby hostia strávili príjemnú a relaxačnú dovolenku.

Vďaka malému detskému ihrisku je nehnuteľnosť ideálna aj na dovolenku s deťmi, ktoré si môžu zahrať stolný tenis, hojdačky a oveľa viac.

Vila sa tiež predstavuje ako ideálne prostredie na organizovanie svadieb alebo iných špeciálnych podujatí.

Bazén (m.14x7), otvorený od marca do októbra, je vybavený ležadlami, stolmi a slnečníkmi, z ktorých si môžete vychutnať krásny výhľad z jednej strany na veže San Gimignano a z druhej na vinice Chianti.

Nehnuteľnosť a okolitý pozemok sú primerane oplotené, zatiaľ čo vo vnútri hostia majú k dispozícii bezplatné parkovisko.
