Táto luxusná toskánska vila sa nachádza len 3 km od Monterchi, kde Piero della Francesca koncom 16. storočia namaľoval jednu zo svojich najznámejších fresiek "La Madonna del Parto". Je to teda ideálne prostredie na dosiahnutie malých charakteristických dedín v Umbrii, nádherných toskánskych umeleckých miest ako Cortona a Arezzo.
Palazzo pochádza z roku 1785 a zvnútra na vás dýchne starožitná atmosféra, akoby sa zastavil čas. Potom bol Palazzo zväčšený a spálne a salóniky vyzdobil slávny miestny umelec Luigi Puletti, predchodca štýlu Liberty.
