Staroveká barónska vila z 18. storočia s bazénom a terasou s panoramatickým výhľadom, ponorená do hybskej krajiny. Je ideálny pre skupiny a rodiny a nachádza sa niekoľko kilometrov od pláží Marina di Ragusa a turistických centier Val di Noto (Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto).

Vila bola postavená v roku 1700 a bola zrekonštruovaná v roku 2005. Naskytá sa z nej výhľad na rozľahlú planinu.

Baglio a rozhľadňa s terasou a panoramatickým výhľadom. Vila ponúka veľkú záhradu a zeleninovú záhradu.

Bazén s výhľadom na krajinu, solárium a vonkajšie sprchy Terasa na prvom poschodí s panoramatickým výhľadom. Druhá terasa so stolom, stoličkami a grilom. Priestranné súkromné parkovisko.

Na prízemí sa nachádza herňa so stolným tenisom a stolným futbalom.
