Táto Masseria, opevnená s výhľadom na more, ktorej počiatky siahajú do roku 1172, pôvodne ako „obranná veža“ (postavená benediktínmi z Aversy), potom zrekonštruovaná a rozšírená v roku 1856 Raffaelom Schiavonim, na pozemnej križovatke histórie a civilizácie.

Táto Masseria, opevnená s výhľadom na more, ktorej počiatky siahajú do roku 1172, pôvodne ako „obranná veža“ (postavená benediktínmi z Aversy), potom zrekonštruovaná a rozšírená v roku 1856 Raffaelom Schiavonim, na pozemnej križovatke histórie a civilizácie.

Staroveká Masseria je obklopená nádhernou prírodnou krajinou s neuveriteľnou modrou farbou mora v diaľke, vďaka ktorej je táto nehnuteľnosť majstrovským dielom, ktoré treba objaviť.

Farma si zachovala svoju históriu a tradíciu nezmenenú, vďaka čomu je jej silnou stránkou.

V ekologickom pestovaní sa pestujú olivy, pšenica, zeleninová záhrada a ovocie. Na jeho 125 hektároch sa môžete vydať na prechádzky po chodníkoch pešo, na bicykli, venovať sa pohybovým aktivitám na usadlostiach, dostať sa k moru, je to len asi 2 km.

Spadá do prírodnej rezervácie východného pobrežia Taranta. Neďaleko sa nachádzajú dubové lesy, archeologické oblasti, rieka Chidro, Salina Monaci a očarujúce pláže Punta Prosciutto a San Pietro in Bevagna.

“My husband and I stayed at this property for a week in late May. What a beautiful, welcoming, sunny environment with comfortable lodging. Fabio the manager is amazing and ready to assist you with trips, gives immediate help if there is a small problem, and is always around to ensure that you are having a wonderful time. The property is located in an area with much to keep you busy locally, others are an hour or so away by car, or you can just enjoy the property. The housekeeping is great and so is the breakfast! Don''t miss some of the local ancient towers, the towns of Manduria and Oria and definitely Salina dei Monaci where you may see flamingos. If you don''t see them, you see plants, an untouched seaside, and many birds. The Primitivo wine is to die for! And the beaches are like none I have visited in the US. You can''t make a mistake a vacation here”
