Izba Rossa: Prvé poschodie má vlastnú kúpeľňu (sprchovací kút) vedľa izby, 2 lôžka, m. 14. Trámy a okenné rámy sú červené a spolu s unikátnou šatníkovou čerešňou, pochádzajúcou od starého otca Barsiho, charakterizujú miestnosť. Okno na južnej strane. Vstup z južnej strany.

Izba Arancione: je jediná izba na prízemí, veľká s vlastnou kúpeľňou (sprchovací box). Bola to miestnosť využívaná ako kuchyňa a zachoval sa tam krb s roštom nabok, kamenné umývadlo, ktoré dnes slúži ako písací stôl a pôvodná tehla. Má manželskú posteľ s možnosťou stať sa rodinnou izbou s prístelkou tretieho lôžka a detskú postieľku (m. 21), okno s výhľadom na južnú stranu. Vstup z južnej strany.
