Farma sa nachádza na vidieku Santa Maria la Palma, neďaleko Alghera a najkrajších pláží Riviera del Corallo a ponúka pobyt v tichej prírode .

Je obklopený 12 hektármi pôdy a je ideálnym miestom pre tých, ktorí si chcú oddýchnuť a oceniť farby a vône sardínskeho vidieka.

Táto rodinná farma produkuje hrozno, olej a ovocie.

Talianske raňajky sa podávajú vo vnútornej miestnosti aj na vonkajšej verande.

Nádvorie statku pozostáva z veľkej a dobre udržiavanej záhrady s početnými storočnými olivovníkmi a v zadnej časti statku je bazén s rozmermi 10 x 5 metrov vybavený veľkým soláriom.

Farma má hlavnú budovu so 7 izbami a druhú samostatnú budovu so 4 ďalšími izbami.

Izby sú rôznej veľkosti, od 35 do 45 metrov štvorcových, majú stropy s drevenými trámami, vnútorné vchodové dvere ako aj šatníky vyrobili miestni remeselníci z masívneho popola a ručne vykladali.

Farma bola kompletne zrekonštruovaná s použitím materiálov, ktoré umožnili získať certifikát energetickej triedy A , pri plnom rešpektovaní okolitého prostredia.

Stavba má fotovoltaický systém , ktorý počas dňa napája systém vykurovania a prípravy teplej vody.

Komfort je zaručený klasifikáciou budovy A: chladné leto a teplá zima.

“La propriété est très très bien située pour profiter de l’ensemble des sites magnifiques de la région. Un peu a l’écart d’Alghero où l’on accède rapidement, l’endroit est calme et reposant. L’extérieur est aussi à la hauteur, jardin bien entretenu, piscine et spa . L’accueil de Gennaro et Anna vous décontracte tout de suite.
