Obec sa skladá zo 4 jemne zrekonštruovaných apartmánov so samostatným vchodom.

Každý apartmán má 2 spálne (1 spálňu s manželskou posteľou a 1 spálňu s 2 samostatnými lôžkami).

V jedálni alebo v obývacej izbe je pracovný krb, kuchyňa s riadom a umývačka riadu.

Objekt je vzdialený 5 km od železničnej stanice Dicomano s prepojeniami na stredoveké mesto Florencia; od Borgo San Lorenzo je to len 20 minút jazdy.

Napriek tomu, že je vzdialený iba 4 km od centra mesta Dicomano, štruktúra sa nachádza v strede prostredia, v ktorom sú ticho a príroda v peknom objatí.

Vidiecka farma Borgo bola úplne reštrukturalizovaná vzhľadom na prírodné prostredie.
