Budova je stará vidiecka stodola s pôvodnou konštrukciou z dokonale zachovaného exponovaného kameňa, ideálna pre rodiny s deťmi, v ktorej boli vytvorené 4 apartmány: Ambra, Acquamarina, Ametista a Giada, všetky so samostatnými vchodmi, každý sa rozprestiera na dvoch podlažiach. a rozdelená na obývaciu a spaciu... Budova je stará vidiecka stodola s pôvodnou konštrukciou z dokonale zachovaného exponovaného kameňa, ideálna pre rodiny s deťmi, v ktorej boli vytvorené 4 apartmány: Ambra, Acquamarina, Ametista a Giada, všetky so samostatnými vchodmi, každý sa rozprestiera na dvoch podlažiach. a rozdelená na obývaciu a spaciu časť, okrem Acquamarina, ktorá je celá na prízemí a má 2 spálne.

Precízna rekonštrukcia s vynikajúcou povrchovou úpravou ako aj dobovým zariadením spája komfort s vidieckou atmosférou; každý apartmán má samostatný vchod, dvojlôžkovú spálňu, obývaciu izbu s plne vybavenou kuchynskou linkou (chladnička, plynový sporák, elektrická rúra a mikrovlnná rúra), rozkladacím dvojlôžkom, mezanín s futónom a kúpeľňu so sprchovacím kútom.

Všetky apartmány majú nezávislé kúrenie a klimatizáciu a sú vybavené kuchynským riadom a domácimi potrebami, ako aj satelitnou televíziou a trezorom, k dispozícii je toaleta s bezplatnou práčkou.

Vo výške 50 mt. od farmy je po ploche vyhradenej pre somára Pepeho a kozy Lolu a Ciro pre hostí k dispozícii zelená plocha, ideálna pre rodiny s deťmi. Je to oblasť pokoja a absolútnej relaxácie s nádherným výhľadom na more obklopená olivovníkmi, pokrytá stredomorskou flórou a typickými kvetmi; vybavená BBQ stolom so stoličkami a lehátkami, ako aj hojdačkami a hrami pre deti.

Poznámka: V tomto Agriturismo nie sú povolené domáce zvieratá.
